Plaza Musashimurayama

PLAZA, formerly known as Sony Plaza, is located inside the large-scale shopping center Aeon Mall Musashimurayama mu:. A solid, three-dimensional frame helped to carve out and give definition to the space, while colored standalone pillars were arranged prominently throughout the interior. The result was a retail environment that not only catered to families, but also boasted a more stylish color scheme than many shops located in the city center. The pillars, enhanced by colored panels and indirect lighting, took on the appearance of an art installation.
