Oppenheim Architecture Basel office is seeking a skilled Archicad BIM Manager to join our Basel office. We are actively engaged in projects in Switzerland, the Mediterranean and other sites across Europe.

Oppenheim is located at Basel's Creative Hub - the Dreispitzareal where you will join a unique team of 40 people from over 20 nations and participate in extraordinary projects. With our office in Miami and within our multicultural team, we exchange ideas in English. Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in leading our BIM delivery and supporting the architectural team with advanced BIM tools and workflows, collaborating on a variety of extraordinary projects. As a BIM Manager at Oppenheim Architecture, you will play a key role in shaping the built environment in multiple countries, employing innovative design and cutting-edge technology from our state of the art offices in Basel.

Key Responsibilities: 
The BIM Manager will be an integral part of the team delivering significant projects. This role includes providing technical support and conducting regular reporting on project progress, training needs, and workflow adjustments.
As the BIM Manager of our studio, you’ll be at the forefront of BIM implementation and management, driving project setup, strategy development, and workflow optimization. Your responsibility will range from leading the implementation and management of BIM technologies primarily in Archicad and ensure the highest quality of BIM data and standards.
You will collaborate with project teams across various countries, drive innovation and efficiency in our design and construction processes and provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
 
Qualifications: 
Proven experience in BIM management, preferably in high-end residential and hospitality projects in an international context. Strong expertise in Archicad and BIM software and technologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for sustainable and contextually inspired architecture.
