The entire 43-year-old building was renovated into an artist's share atelier.
Along with seismic reinforcement with haunches and braces for the soundness of the building, and the renovation of equipment, we set up an open space to the outside that is used for various purposes such as large-scale production, handling, and events by large doors and stairwells across the floors. We are realizing a space that supports production with immediate and minimal response.
