Start of construction of the Nottwil school building
The ground-breaking ceremony for the new school building in Nottwil was held on the 22nd of June 2016. The design is based on the winning project from a competition held in 2015. It takes the form of a wooden extension to the existing village school site. The first stage of the linear development is now underway along the slope and will house the primary school and two kindergartens from summer 2017.
