The project built is a replica of the prototype project already built Masfout, in the Emirate of Ajman. The 30 bed hospital can easily be expanded to 60 beds. The project comprise of ground floor for all functions of the hospital and the first floor for impatient wards only, but the services are located in mezzanine floor to serve both up  first floor and down to the main ground floor.

The original project of prototype was developed as joint venture between General Planning & Urbanism Planning Architecture. The entire prototype project was updated to meet new client requests, the design has been updated and improved after the construction of the first hospital; The all medical equipment was totally designed again and finally the building was adapted to a different site location and orientation.
