The studio Giona Bierens de Haan Architectures designs places, buildings and installations rooted in a belief of pleasure and optimism. We dissolve the boundaries in between architecture, design, art and psychology in order to draw striking projects with strong identities. We build backgrounds for life and emotions and we like to tell stories.
Low costs, high pleasure! Economy of means is an aesthetic category as well as a tool of conception that allows us to make projects that shout their outstandingness. We believe in differences and think architecture has the power to create more inspiring, inclusive and joyful places in which to live and work.
