In this short film by Elizabeth Prior, Robert Wennett discusses his development at 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, a parking garage and event space designed by Herzog & de Meuron. The very un-parking-garage-like parking garage has become a strong anchor at the west end of the pedestrian mall on Lincoln Road. Prior and Wennett take us inside the garage as well as on top of it, where Wennett actually lives, looking over his neighbors to the ocean and views of Miami.
