The sectorial discussion papers are based on the findings of the research "Urban Planning Processes in Lagos" and are the result of an intense discussion process with working groups. The papers are by no means fully developed proposals but thought provoking suggestions which could mostly be implemented within a short time span requiring in general low funding but transparent and efficient cooperation between different stakeholders.
HBS and FABULOUS URBAN would be happy to facilitate further dialog between government and business sector and the working groups
