As quoted in a Found we posted during the week the installation was on view (4 to 11 September), Emmanuelle Moureaux focuses on the concept of shikiri – "dividing and creating space through colors [that are] three-dimensional elements, like layers, ... not as a finishing touch applied to surfaces." Colored strands of cloth were hung in parallel rows in Shinjuku Central Park, swaying in the wind. High enough to walk under yet low enough to touch, the installation invited visitors to move through it and experience it in a multitude of ways.
