Neubau mit alten Engadiner Bauernhäusern als Vorbild. Wie bei den alten Häusern in der nahen Umgebung, besitzt das Haus ein Walmdach sowie einen quadratischen Grundriss. Die Spitze des Daches ist aus Glas und so wird das Treppenhaus bis ins Kellergeschoss tagsüber mit natürlichem Licht durchflutet. Alle Räume sind um das Treppenhaus angeordnet.
