Cocktails & Conversation: Winka Dubbeldam with Michael Kimmelman
Cocktails & Conversation is a series of dialogues about design that joins an architect with a critic, journalist, curator, or architectural historian to discuss current architecture design issues. This program will feature Winka Dubbeldam and Michael Kimmelman in conversation over a custom cocktail.
Founder of the award-winning firm Archi-Tectonics, Winka Dubbeldam, Assoc. AIA, will join with author and journalist Michael Kimmelman to discuss her recent work focusing on research, material innovation, and the development of hybrid projects serving multiple community uses. Dubbeldam is also the Chair of the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. Michael Kimmelman is the architecture critic of the New York Times and leads a new journalistic venture focused on global challenges.
