Michael Ostertag worked in leading communication agencies while he was studying to become an architect. His passion for bringing people together with brands and interior spaces was ignited early on in his career.

After finishing his training at Daniel Libeskind and the Graft agency, Michael joined SCHMIDHUBER, and has been a managing partner since 2008. In his time here, his work has included a radical reimagining of Audi’s brand communication, setting new standards in the industry. With a deep appreciation of the way our industry is developing, Michael is SCHMIDHUBER’s visionary in the broad field of live communication, an expert at turning brand messages into a tangible experience.

Jürgen Stärr

Jürgen Stärr is focused on the connection between quality and profitability. After studying Product Design in Swäbisch Gmünd, he worked as a project manager in a number of diverse agencies and is managing partner of the agency Schusterjungen und Hurenkinder. At SCHMIDHUBER, he has been responsible for important areas in Finance and Controlling since 2009. He also successfully broadened the spectrum of services on offer as a General Contractor and places a high value on interdisciplinary partnerships. He has been managing partner at SCHMIDHUBER since 2014.

Lennart Wiechell

Lennart Wiechell is always tracking trends and innovations in architecture. After studying architecture in Braunschweig and Florence, he first works with Professor M. v. Gerkan, Ipostudio, and Gerber architects. In 2001 he joins the management of Graft architects in Berlin, where he solidifies his keen sense for visionary architecture. Since 2008 he is a managing partner with SCHMIDHUBER. Space as a brand's identity, corporate architecture as an additional value in brand communication, and museums and brand spaces are the focuses of his work. All of these are exemplified in the design of the German pavilion at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai and 2015 in Milan.
