Located in a 1990’s two-story building within the typical Shanghai li-nong (alley) neighborhood, the original architecture combined the modernist aesthetics with maize-yellow ceramic tiles on the facade walls.

The renovation sought to add a sunshine room based on the original construction to build a contact with indoor and outdoor closely.

One of the most crucial aspects of the new design is the consideration of construction materials such as gray terrazzo floor, wooden doorframe and wrought-iron glass door panels implies the perfectionand sensitivity of the architect.
