How to form the Kindergarten in a long and narrow triangular space with complex city context and less site area is the main challenge of this project. At the same time, the building should be able to inspire children to explore and learn while feeling safe and comfortable.

The strategy is to enclose a triangular atrium instead of the usual inner long corridor. Four volumes with the atrium are connected by an outdoor corridor and form a special public space with different width. Besides some children activity spaces are located in the elevated ground floor to release the tension against the narrow site. The triangular atriums and part of the roof spaces are as well the favorite communication space for children.
