Unico

Renovation of a 53-year-old former factory. In collaboration with the fab studio on the first floor, we adjusted the overall design to a size that would allow the studio to cut wood, and created the facility's interior, doors, stalls, and furniture. The entire building has five floors, with an open café on the ground floor and a shared working space with a small office complex on the third and fourth floors. The way the common areas and wooden contents were created created creates a generous environment where users are free to continue discovering how to use the space.
