This house, which used to be the community school, has been renovated and converted into two flats.

The ground floor flat benefits from a terrace and direct access to its own garden. The one on the upper floor, on the other hand, benefits from its own private outdoor space above the former garage, which has been converted into a cellar. A double-height ceiling extends into the entrance area as well as the living room, giving this flat a beautiful spatial atmosphere in the open-plan volume.

Particular attention was paid to the existing building. The old walls, beams and ashlars were preserved. On the façade, the new openings were precisely dimensioned in harmony with the ensemble so as not to distort the original character of this building.

The exterior design was rethought with the creation of new borders, paving, car parks and green spaces.
