Loft conversion in a listed residential building in Bellariastraße in Vienna’s central 1st district. The top floor was adapted to house three premium freehold and rental flats with outdoor areas. The building is part of a group of historical buildings located between Ringstraße and the Natural History Museum, and the view from the conservatory is spectacular. The skylights can be opened to expand the interior space, and the access to the outdoor area was planned in a way that does not impinge on the heritage-protected building’s roofscape.
