MEDIEVAL MANOR HOUSE, which was built in the 13th century, is set on a 7’500.00 m2 park amidst a historic village around the Gold Coast of Zurich. The house has a direct boat mooring access to the shore of Lake Zurich. The renovated house has been transformed into three exclusive apartments, including a theatre, ballroom and private gym. Two modern staircases and an in-house lift, for better accessibility, were newly integrated. The highlight of the house is the customised Swarovski chandelier with over 13’000 crystal elements, which spans over all three floors.
