Larger, more sophisticated and functional at the same time: These were the builder’s wishes for the new administration, exhibition and service building at Bochum headquarters. On 4500 square meters, the KZA team used a clear, yet economical design concept for the newly built house and the modernized buildings. The upper floors meander over all views of the facade, while the ground floor shifts as a contrasting structure.
