The town house forms the bridge from the outskirts to the old town. The path through the building is the main theme of the concept. The former president's house was refurbished in fulfilment of the guidelines for listed buildings and completed by a new administration building. The sequence of squares and open stairway invites to linger, as well as enlivening the area. The heavier part is covered with a facade of red-brown bricks and a flush golden sun-screen glazing.
