The building of the Management School of Geneva consists in a longitudinal volume of large dimensions which accommodates a demanding building program while conforming to the heritage and architectural qualities of the Battelle Campus. Like a spine running along the building, the circulation spaces and service areas are grouped together at the building center, whereas the classrooms are located around the periphery. The load-bearing structure manifests the program’s spatial organization: ribbed slabs span from a central, longitudinal load-bearing core to the perimeter columns.
