The two apartment buildings are sitting fairly above the village of Oberägeri placed in a garden with a subsurface parking garage.

The windows and all wood works are of douglas fir. Together with the facade of mineral sgraffito it gives the dwelling a sturdy yet subtle expression. Inside the interiors have the same tactile quality as of a piece of furniture thanks to the douglas fir floorboards and the white plaster walls that guides you through the rooms. The interior doors are pasted like shields onto the plaster walls creating a rhythm when one moves around. The top floors with their 3,5 meters ceiling height convey the idea of a belvedere that culminate in the overlying roof terraces.
