Dr. Karsten Ehling (born, 1968) is the managing director of Lichtvision. He received his doctorate in 1999 from the Technical University in Berlin where his doctoral thesis dealt with the use and analysis of daylight in architecture. Dr. Ehling has been a regular lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wismar, Germany since 2008.

Graduated as an electrical engineer from the Technical University in Berlin, Raoul Hesse (born, 1962) initially worked as a designer. Since 1997 he is managing light planning projects at Lichtvision as well as overseeing the innovative Visual Media and Control Systems divisions.

Dr. Thomas Müller (born, 1962) received his doctorate in 1998, after which he directed an international research project on hollow light guides. He teaches at the Berlin University of the Arts and the Royal Technical University of Stockholm. Dr. Müller is a member of both the LiTG and the PLDA.

Carla Wilkins

Trained as an architect, Carla Wilkins (born, 1965) worked as a lighting designer in New York City, Cologne and Berlin. At Lichtvision she oversees both concept and planning. Ms. Wilkins lectures frequently on lighting design and is a member of the Professional Lighting Designers' Association PLDA.
