The house is located in the center of a relatively large parcel, in the middle of a building block.

The volume could be modern and sleek, but still tactile, an oblong shape, but with some volume stacking.

This was achieved by working with split-levels. The garage is underground, the kids area partially underground, so that the window sills are at the level of the grass. The living area with open kitchen is oriented to the terrace, which is enclosed by remainders of the demolished house. The home office is placed higher (+0,5) and is visually connected with the kids area. On the first floor we find the private area for the parents: bedroom and bathroom.

The facades are finished with a silver-grey brick in combination with prefab concrete window frames.
