Design proposal for a dynamic and timeless platform where innovation is central and where one can discover tomorrow's mobility. A leading, attractive place to stay for the neighborhood and a hub to boost the ambitions in the Channel Zone. We seize the opportunity to promote mobility and urban development and thus create an inclusive place for a broad target group. A cleverly structured building that is flexible in its programming. That stimulates movement and encounter. A building that keeps pace with the time and focuses on a sustainable future.
