K.I.S.S. residential and commercial development consists of 46 individual duplex apartments for young tenants with individual material and design concepts. Three apartment types Funky, Industrial and Classic offer a diversity for individual housing and reflect the different personalities of the inhabitants.
Evolution Design was also responsible for the marketing of the apartments. On the website, prospective tenants can browse and choose which design type best fits their personality.
