The structure of a salvaged barn forms the heart of this architectural renovation. The mix of agrarian references, clean lines and natural materials extends out from the structure and into the landscape a wall of stacked logs, a concrete trough for a fountain and a grass ramp leading to the barn doors. A simple wire and rustic cedar fence encloses the pool. Simplicity of design translates to ease and relaxation. Terraces, decks and clearings provide a variety of choices as the sun shifts position throughout the day and throughout the seasons.
