The eastern new district of Fuzhou is located at the joint of strategic development axis, determined in the general program of “ expand in the east and enlarge in the south, develop along the river and toward the sea”. In the future it will be the important center of business, economy and culture, with the beautiful ecological environment and landscape environment. And it faces the river on both sides, having a wide field of vision and rich water plant. There are sensitive ecological environments and intensive canal network.
We focus on the comprehensive assessment on the ecological quality of the region, the protection of ecological environment being the starting point and criterion to measure. We conduct the overall study on the ecological environment and capability of fighting natural calamities within the region, to design an ecological buffer layer and improve it. In the aspect of urban design, on the basis of the analysis of the culture, transportation and ecology of Fuzhou, we will create a city of ecology, landscape and reunion.
