The project is an attempt to combine advantages of living in the suburbs with typical qualities of city life. This objective led to the idea of transferring suburban detached houses to the city center. Superposed within one parcel, they turned into a hybrid of intense downtown development and single family housing.

MULTIVILLA is basically a set of nine individual villas. Their arrangement, opposed to typical multifamily housing layout, is much more complex. Villas' volumes overlap creating a unique pattern of different materials and styles on the facade. This complexity does not only reflect on the building's skin. Alike any detached houses, villas differ in shapes, layout, furnishing and styles – varying from strictly traditional to purely modern.
