MOW has been commissioned to carry out the fire protection restructuring for the building at Theodor-Heuss-Allee 80 as well as the tenant occupancy planning for 4 floors and is also planning a new reception hall with seating and a modernisation of the café area. The building was erected in 1984 and is known as the "Golden House" because of its unusual reddish-golden façade made of anodised aluminium.
