99 West

The one hundred six meter high office tower offers on 30,155m² GFA and 26 floors up to 1.200 employers working space. The design of 99West is inspired by the neighboring tower 140 West, without creating any competition between the two. The silhouette is structured by two joints and is purposely designed in a modest manner. The principle of layered volumes becomes the most prominent in the base of the building. The prefixed volume of the trapezoid base creates a green roof terrace with a city view in 23m height. The ground floor holds a gastronomy.

Time of completion is set for 2021. The building is planed following the BREEAM certification standards
