Opera and Ballet Theatre (competition)
Perm / Russia, 2010 Description
The main effort in the work out process to prepare the competition offer was concentrated on the attempt to create a theatre machine. The second half of our concept rested upon necessity to meet the client`s demand to find an optimal solution in using both Old and New stages of the theatre. The search for functional practicability was the key principle reflected in our final version of the project. The next thing of primary importance which we felt obliged to observe in our work carefully was continuity and very smooth development. Aiming at creation of new cultural space belonging both to the theatre and the city we composed the image of a celebration. |
