Das in den 70-iger Jahren zu einem Hotel umgebaute Gebäude erhielt in Anlehnung an die vorhandene Struktur seine großzügigen Wohnungsgrundrisse zurück. Im Hof erhielt jede Wohnung zusätzlich zu den Loggien einen großzügigen Balkon. Die neuen Wohnungen im neu errichteten Dachgeschoß entwickeln sich um große Dachterrassen. Der zerstörte Eingangsbereich und das Haupttreppenhaus wurden denkmalgerecht wieder hergestellt.
