Description
To encourage the development of popular music, patronage of the performing arts, talent development, and the integration of culture with associated peripheral industries, the Republic of China plans to build a large pop music performing centre in northern Taiwan. Spark's competition entry comprises an indoor performing hall with 4,500 to 6,000 seats, an outdoor performing space with 15,000 standing seats, exhibition space for musicians, a digital library, live performance studio and industry friendly community and business incubation space.
