Lisa Rapoport is a founding partner of PLANT Architect Inc. She graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Architecture in 1987, working for several Toronto firms prior to founding PLANT in 1997. Rapoport has served both as an adjunct Professor at the University of Waterloo and as the Richard Driehaus visiting Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. She has co-directed architecture studios at the University of Toronto and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, and currently serves as a guest critic at the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo and Ryerson University in the disciplines of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design.
