Studied at the American University of Beirut where she was awarded first prize for the Lee Observatory Competition and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Landscape Design and Eco-management. She pursued trainings at Exotica Beirut & Vladimir Djurovic offices and then joined Exotica in the UAE in 2006 as head of Landscape Architecture Department.

Zeina worked on different scale projects from commercial developments to private residences such as:
- Masdar city's site offices , design & built
- Al Falah community center, design with Al Dar properties
- Golf gardens II, design with Sourouh
- Emaar dead sea site offices, design and built
Other private residences and palaces

Co-founded and joined Green Studios in 2010 as creative director.
