Broad Sustainable Building (BSB) is boasting they can build the world's tallest tower in China's Hunan Province in only 90 days. The construction company famously erected a 30-story hotel in 15 days in December 2011 (the structure was comprised primarily of prefabricated elements). Now they are aiming to overtake Dubai's Burj Khalifa by 10 meters, which would make the proposed "Sky City" tower 838 meters (2,750 feet). If the Chinese government approves the project, BSB plans to break ground in November, completing the building in January 2013.  jh
