World-Architects.com at Light+Building & Luminale 2014

In the Guided Tours organized by World-Architects.com, enthusiasts and professionals followed our experts to selected manufacturers presenting their innovative lighting solutions. Listen to what they had to say regarding their new products, technologies and general trends in the industry. In contrast to our day program with an emphasis on technology, the Luminale bus tours with Thomas Geuder in the evening focused on artistic applications of lighting products, such as projections on buildings and installations in museums. See some nighttime impressions at the end of this video. (1st day of Light+Buiding & Luminale 2014 | Duration: 4:03 min.)

The tour will focus on the options how to achieve this with one fitting, the tools the industry provides and the consequences on the control systems.» Carla Wilkins

Light+Building Tour 6: April 2, Wednesday 11.00 am – 1.00 pm
«Hospitality + LED - Is this a match made in heaven, or a mix to be avoided? With advances in technologies over the years our lit environments have been subjected to some turbulent times, in some cases taking a step backwards by blindly embracing new technologies, without considering the impact on our spaces. Technology has now caught up with its promise, and carefully selected products and world class design can really replicate the ambience of a candle lit dinner.  The magic in hospitality spaces that was so easily achieved with an incandescent build or a halogen lamp is now achievable again with the right knowledge of the new tools of our trade.» Mark Elliott
