Metro Arkitekter was founded in 1999. The address has always been Gustav Adolfs torg 8, but the office has grown and been rebuilt over the years. During the first seven years the company was a part of the Tengbom group, but since the spring of 2006 Metro is independent.
Today the company has 23 employees plus a couple project employed co-workers.
The commissions includes everything from the early idea phase to complete building documents. The projects span from summer houses to central stations.
The commissions are carried out according to an ISO compatible quality system.
Our main work tool is AutoCad 2008/ADT, but we also work in SketchUp and the Adobe programs (PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign). In additon we also use physical models as an important tool.
