On an area of 9,000 square metres star architect Daniel Libeskind has created a two-part, 26-metre-high building ensemble with a floor area of around 42,000 square metres. Distinctive for Kö-Bogen is the succinct glass facade and Roman travertine, which opens toward the northern and western side with diagonal cuts. With its special facade technique and the floating gardens of Königsallee the Kö-Bogen speaks its very own language. The tenants in Kö-Bogen are high-quality flagship stores of top international brands such as Apple, Porsche Design, Windsor or Strenesse, with unique store concepts. Also a variety of catering businesses have settled here. In the upper floors modern and highly functional offices are available. The largest commercial area of around 7,000 square metres is already occupied by the international consulting agency "The Boston Consulting Group".
