The Dutch architecture office XML, under partners Max Cohen de Lara and David Mulder van der Vegt, has spent the last six years collecting plans for each one of the 193 United Nations member states' plenary halls. The findings were published in the 2016 book, Parliament, from which we feature some of the plans.

Located in Redhill, the project is a demonstration of heartland rejuvenation and community building, through masterplanning and the adaptive reuse of Bukit Merah Vocational Institute built in the 1970s. The property was re-purposed as the Enabling Village - an inclusive space that integrates education, work, training, retail and lifestyle, connecting people with disabilities and the society.

The site for the new Pyeongchang-dong Art Complex in Seoul is located in the beautiful mountainous site of Bukhansan, a historical and most beloved central nature feature in Seoul.

Today the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that KCAP Architects&Planners has won the international design competition to redevelop the city's Sewoon District #4 area into a sustainable mixed-use area that respects its cultural heritage.

Parallel to the expansion of the headquarter’s location of Aldi South, the KZA team developed a parking garage for the employees of the successful trading firm. The location is nicely situated in the green neighborhood next to the river Ruhr.
