2012 Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture Conference

The ANFA Annual Conference will provide a forum for architects and neuroscientists whose presentations will advance our knowledge of the links between neuroscience research and a growing understanding of human responses to the built environment. The Conference will explore, from a scientific basis, the range of human experiences with elements of architecture, through collaboration between architects and neuroscientists.

Communication, knowledge sharing, collaboration, partnership, integration, and relation to a broader context will permeate every aspect of the 2012 Conference. The goal is to inspire ideas and new collaborations that will ignite change and unlock the potential of Neuroscience for Architecture. At the Conference, ANFA’s new research grant program will be announced and it is hoped that some of the presentations, and the contacts and collaborations formed by conference will lead to grant applications.
